TCP Acrylic Silicone Sealant

TCP Acrylic Silicon is a siliconized acrylic sealant for filling suitable gaps and cracks before decoration. Its base is acrylic rather than pure silicone. The TCP datasheet describes a paintable finish, making it a product to consider where a compatible joint will be painted.
Listed applications include joints around timber and metal window and door frames, selected aluminium, wood and PVC window applications, and cracks in brickwork, stone, plaster and concrete. Check surface compatibility and the joint conditions before choosing a sealant; do not assume all silicone and acrylic products are interchangeable.
Prepare clean, dry, dust-free surfaces and remove loose coatings and old sealant. The sheet excludes bitumen, asphalt and substrates releasing oils, solvents or plasticisers. Follow the linked technical sheet and confirm paint compatibility and timing for your project.
Ask TCP in Accra or Kumasi about this acrylic mastic, your substrate and the current 485 g white pack availability. The published specifications describe the linked TCP sheet and are not a live stock statement.
