When you send us an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and nearest branch. We do not collect any other personal information through this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and follow it up.

Who can see it

Only TCP staff who handle enquiries, and the service providers that run our website and email for us. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Some of these providers may process it outside Ghana.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last reply, then delete them.
