Water is the main enemy of roofs, walls and foundations in Ghana, especially in the rainy season. TCP’s waterproofing range covers the common jobs. Enlastic is a flexible black bitumen-based product for roofs, walls, foundations, basements, bathrooms and terraces. Enfleks is a white acrylic waterproofing paint, available with or without fibre reinforcement, for roofs and walls. TCP Waterproof Spray is an aerosol leak filler for small repairs on gutters, metal roofs and wall cracks, and TCP Roof Seal is an aluminium-backed tape for sealing leaks, cracks and seams.

Which product should I use on a concrete roof?
Enlastic and Enfleks are both made for roofs. Tell us the roof type and condition and we will recommend one.
How much do I need?
Coverage depends on the product: Enlastic is about 1 kg per m² for each millimetre of thickness, and Enfleks about 1 to 2 m² per litre per coat. Send us your measurements and we will calculate it.
