SPC and LVT flooring installation
Our August training focused on click-lock SPC flooring, one of the most requested products in our showroom. The TCP technical team started with the basics: checking that the subfloor is flat, clean and dry, choosing the right underlay and planning the layout so the planks run in the best direction for the room.
Participants then moved to the floor. Working in small groups, they measured, cut and locked planks together, kept expansion gaps at the walls and staggered the joints for a natural look and a stable floor.
The session closed with finishing details: fitting PS skirting, handling doorways and transitions, and simple care advice to pass on to clients.
